Most of what RISE publishes is free to read. The blogs covering flood risk across four counties, the investigative long-read on surface water flooding, the three practical guides on the first 72 hours, the £10,000 Build Back Better entitlement and the Section 19 process, and the Evidence page documenting the case studies underpinning RISE's methodology — all available to anyone who finds the site.
That body of public-interest content has a cost in time, technical research, and lived experience. This page sets out the ways organisations and individuals can engage with that work commercially, professionally, or supportively. It is not a tip jar. It is a list of doors.

Charities, professional associations, trade publications, and community groups commission written content on flood-related topics for their members or readers. RISE writes commissioned articles, briefing notes, technical explainers, and longer-form pieces from a homeowner-centric perspective.
Speaking & Contribution
RISE's founder is available for speaking engagements on independent flood recovery, surface water flooding, sustained engagement with councils under Section 19, the homeowner experience of insurance claims handling, and the regulatory questions facing the independent advisory category.
Research Collaboration
RISE engages with academic and policy research on flood risk management, infrastructure remediation, insurance regulation, the homeowner experience of recovery, and related topics. Open to case study participation, data-sharing collaborations, peer review of draft publications, and contribution to formal research outputs.
Terms vary by collaboration. Some contributions are made pro bono where the research aligns with RISE's wider mission. Larger commitments quoted separately.

This is not a request for charity. RISE is a paid consultancy serving fee-paying clients in the four-county region. It is not a route for fee-paying clients to engage RISE on the side — for that, the free consultation and the Services page are the right starting points. It is not a fundraising mechanism for any third-party cause.
The page exists because RISE produces a body of public-interest content, and there are legitimate routes for organisations and individuals to engage with that content on professional, commercial, or supportive terms. Setting out those routes openly is more honest than hiding them.
